TATICHU does not accept any refund requests for products that are not defective by the manufacturer and are delivered with the correct design, color, and size ordered.

At TATICHU, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. We have a clear and straightforward exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
- Conditions for Exchange
Before initiating a return, please take note of the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all exchanges.
- How to Initiate a Exchange:
If you meet the conditions mentioned above and wish to exchange a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via Email or Facebook/Instagram messenger within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide the necessary information, including your order number and reason for exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Package the item securely and include the return shipping code on the package. Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping method.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange.
- We will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
- Important:
- You will pay all shipping costs including return shipping and new shipping fees.
- TATICHU will not refund the difference if the total value of the exchanged product is less than the value of your original order. The customer is responsible for paying the difference if the total value of the exchanged product is higher than the value of the original order.
- Provide unboxing video in case the product is defective.
- Exchanges are not applicable for SALE items and accessories.
